How to place an order and pay articles?

You can place an order by phone or by e-mail.

You can pay the order by bank or giro transfer.

Also payment by PayPal is possible. Send us an e-mail with your order first. Then we can calculate the total amount (incl. shipment expenses) and we will inform you by e-mail. Afterwards, you can transfer the total amount by PayPal. We will charge you 3% extra for PayPal costs.

All prices mentioned on our website are without handling and shipment expenses. The handling expenses include wrapping materials (5 €) and extra bank expenses for payments from countries outside the European Community (5 €). The shipment expenses are different from country to country. A detailed list with the different shipment expenses can be checked here:

You always pay in advance by transferring the total amount to our bank giro. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send you the article which will arrive within 5 working days. We will contact you by e-mail when the article has been sended. We want to receive a reply as soon as you have received your order. 

We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect handling by T.N.T. Post during transport.
